Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@vobili.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@vobili.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
